If you are experiencing an issue submitting files or assignments, please be aware that the issue may be related to the name of the file you are submitting. File names cannot contain any of the following symbols:
You should also avoid the following:
Lastly, you should try and make file names as short as possible, and they should not exceed 100 characters (including the .docx, .pdf, etc.).
If you have been having issues uploading and submitting files, please be sure to rename them and remove any of the above characters.
For example, if you have a file named "My Assignment 9/12/2016.docx", please try renaming your file to something like "My Assignment 9-12-2016.docx" and resubmit the file. If you are still having issues submitting files and you do not have any of the invalid characters listed above, and your file name is less than 100 characters, please contact support and, if possible, provide screenshots and any error messages.
