In order for us to do this, you can:
- Send a detailed email to support@valleyforge.edu (this creates a support ticket)
- Call us at 610-917-2000 (voicemails left will also create a support ticket, for which reason we strongly recommend you email us)
- Visit our helpdesk office in the Storms Research Center
Monday-Thursday: 8:00AM-7:00PM, Friday 8:00AM - 6:00PM during the semesters.
(Closed at 4:30 PM when there are no classes)
If you need assistance with a password reset, please include your first and last name, UVF email address and a phone number.
