In order for us to do this, you can:
- Send a detailed email to support@valleyforge.edu (this creates a support ticket)
- Call us at 610-917-2000 (voicemails left will also create a support ticket)
- Visit our helpdesk office in the Storms Research Center
Monday-Thursday: 8:00AM-7:00PM, Friday 8:00AM - 6:00PM during the semesters.
(Closed at 4:30 PM when there are no classes)
If you need assistance with a password reset, please include your first and last name, UVF email address and a phone number.
Phone messages left with our department will be entered in our helpdesk support ticket queue and will be handled in the order they came in. However, it is our experience that we often find ourselves playing phone tag, delaying handling your request. For this reason we strongly recommend you email us at support@valleyforge.edu with your request.
