Chapel Attendance Policy

Reminder for returning students: WE WILL NOT BE USING CORQ AND ENGAGE FOR CHAPEL ATTENDANCE ANYMORE
 
This information is to remind you of the chapel procedures and inform you of instructions on the new iattended app.
  1. Fill out the chapel exemption request located on the iattended app. 
  2. Chapel starts at 10:00 AM in the Flower Chapel 
    1. 10:04 AM is the last full minute to properly receive chapel credit. At 10:05 AM Chapel Ushers will stop taking attendance. 
  3. Please check your chapel attendance regularly. Here is our policy:
    1. In order to make any adjustments to your chapel attendance record for any of the following reasons you must contact Chapelattendance@valleyforge.edu within a week of the date in question to have your attendance adjusted:
      1. Quarantine/Isolation
      2. Incorrect attendance listed
      3. Chapel exemption status, etc.
  4. Please have the iattended app downloaded on your mobile device. You will scan the live QR code before each chapel to receive attendance.
