To get technical assistance you can do one of the following:
- Send a detailed email to Support@valleyforge.edu (this creates an IT support ticket).
- Call us at 610.917.2000 (voicemails left will also create an IT support ticket, for which reason we strongly recommend you email us).
- Visit our helpdesk office on campus in the Storms Research Center (Library):
- Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 4:30pm.
- The library front desk staff will assist after hours.
