The IT Department strives to provide you with the best service possible.

In order for us to do this, you can:

  • Send a detailed email to support@valleyforge.edu (this creates a support ticket)
  • Call us at 610-917-2000 (voicemails left will also create a support ticket, for which reason we strongly recommend you email us)
  • Visit our helpdesk office in the Storms Research Center 
  • Open Monday-Friday:  8:00AM-4:30PM. The library front desk staff will assist after hours.

If you need assistance with a password reset, please include your first and last name, UVF email address and a phone number.

Detailed technology documentation for students can be found on my.ValleyForge.edu (this will require login).
