To get assistance you can do one of the following:
- Send a detailed email to Support@valleyforge.edu (this creates a support ticket).
- Call us at 610.917.2000 (voicemails left will also create a support ticket, for which reason we strongly recommend you email us).
- Visit our helpdesk office on campus in the Storms Research Center:
- Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 4:30am.
- The library front desk staff will assist after hours.
